Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier.
1) Just browse our website, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
2) When completed click on “Checkout” and we’ll ask you for some details to process your order.
3) An email will be sent to you stating “Shipped”

EXPLANATIONS

Landau will email you a “processing email” confirming receipt of your order so you have peace of mind we are dealing with it. If we receive your order before 3pm Monday to Friday the order will be treated as 48hour delivery or 24 hours if you chose Special Delivery in the postage option.
Once your order has been posted you will receive a further emailing stating “Your order has been Shipped” and an expected delivery date. It couldn’t be simpler.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order we will send you an email stating “Order Cancelled” We will not take any payment for any cancelled orders.

We accept credit card payment and payment by bank transfer as well as PAYPAL. If you are shopping from America, Canada or Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron,and Solo.

Landau use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, which will require a signature to ensure proof of delivery to the address provided on your order. Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched same day and usually arrive within 2 working days. (Excludes weekend deliveries).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday.

SPECIAL DELIVERY

If you have selected to pay extra and use our Special Delivery Service, your parcel will be sent the same day proving your order is placed before 3pm, and is guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the next day (Monday to Friday)

Last order date for Christmas deliveries to the UK will be December 22nd at 3pm. Orders placed after this date will be looked at on an individual basis and we will make every effort to try get your parcel delivered in time for Christmas working with Royal Mail. So please ensure you provide accurate contact details at Checkout

EUROPE
