Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier.
1) Just browse our website, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
2) When completed click on "Checkout" and we'll ask you for some details to process your order.
3) An email confirmation will follow with all the information you need.
EXPLANATIONS
Landau will email you confirmation of your order, plus when your items have been despatched to you. If we receive your order before 4pm Monday to Friday the order will be dealt with that day (Monday to Friday) and despatched using the shipping method you have chosen. All weekend orders and orders placed on Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order we will send you an email stating "Order Cancelled" We will not take any payment for any cancelled orders.
We accept credit card payment and payment by bank transfer as well as PAYPAL. If you are shopping from America, Canada or Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron, and Solo and all card details are processed using an SSL Protected site for total peace of mind. After your order has been processed your card details are scrambled and not held on any electronic record.

Landau use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery, where you can track your order through the Royal Mails website. You will be sent your unique tracking number and a link to the courier’s website via email once you have placed your order. The Royal Mail Tracked service in the UK aims to deliver all parcels within 2-3 working days Monday to Friday. Orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday will be despatched same day and usually arrive within 2-3 working days. (Excludes weekend deliveries / Bank Holidays).
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday or Bank Holidays will be despatched on the next working day
SPECIAL DELIVERY
If you have selected to pay extra and use our Special Delivery Service, your parcel will be sent the same day proving your order is placed before 4pm, and is guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the next day (Monday to Friday) If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday / Bank Holiday you will receive your goods one day after the next working day.

Orders placed after this date will be looked at on an individual basis and we will make every effort to try get your parcel delivered in time for Christmas working with Royal Mail.
