Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. When giving us your details, you're order is NOT complete. When we recieve your details our end, we print your order, check the stock and process your order. You will receive an email saying 'processing' when we are printing your order off. If your order cannot be completed due to stock selling before we recieved your order we will notify you via email or telephone and will perhaps offer an alternative size or product which we do have in stock. 99% of our goods are in stock and we try very hard to keep our website up to date daily. If you do NOT hear from us then we are successfully completing your order and despatching it!! We accept credit card payment and payment by bank transfer. If you are shopping from America, Canada or Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Electron,and Solo. We DO NOT accept Paypal, Western Union or personal cheques. DELIVERY CHARGESAll UK Based Orders for Clothing and Footwear - £4.95 Recorded Delivery. This charge is set, no matter how many products you order! FREE POSTAGE ON ORDERS OVER £100.00* Worldwide orders for Clothing - £10.00. Footwear - £20.00. This price is per item, not per order as we have to send goods worldwide using a different method of postage to ensure all goods arrive safely. Ski goods are priced individually as listed below. The postage charges are for INDIVIDUAL ITEMS ONLY and not set for multiple purchasing as the goods need to be sent separate and are charged by weight. Ski Postage and Packaging

We will do our best to cater for your needs and either exchange the goods if asked by the customer in the returned letter (which postage will be charged) or refund (goods only, no postage). We will email you as soon as possible. Goods sent via UPS which are skis, ski boots and snowblades are sent for delivery to take 3-5 working days. Sometimes a special order for ski wear may need to be done if the product is not in stock at the time. We will contact you if this occurs and will give you an estimated time of arrival to us and delivery to you.
